As an Accounting & Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date records, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Accounting & Administration Specialist Responsibilities and Duties:
· Act as a Financial Business Partner to internal teams, providing financial analysis, clear explanations, and support for decision‑making.
· Maintain direct communication with customers, auditors, and other external partners, ensuring a professional and service‑oriented relationship.
· Manage the accounts receivable cycle, including payment follow‑up, reconciliations, and identification of potential non‑payment risks, while prioritizing customer experience.
· Relationship with Internal Stakeholders being referential Financial Business Partner.
· Supporting to Finance Manager.
Finance Controller Objectives:
· Implement key Finance Department initiatives focused on process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
· Assist in administrative and office‑related tasks when required (office supplies, invoicing support, coordination activities).
Provide direct support to the Finance Manager across analysis, reporting, and strategic financial projects.
· Build Innovation-Friendly Financial Infrastructure
· Facilitate Communication Among Distributed Team
Well, what will the requirements be?
· Knowing the dynamics of the sector for which they work.
· A knowledge of office technology. In particular, mastery of Excel and databases.
· Process optimisation.
· Accounting and administrative skills.
· Analytical costs. As well as classical financial accounting, InPost Finance Controller must be able to perform cost analyses.
· Able to develop in dynamic environments and enjoys achieving ambitious goals.
· Fluent level of English
