    High-Level Overview:

    The Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups, operates ten distinct brands with over 1,160 hotels in 95+ countries.

    As a Workday Integrations Manager, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while embracing a 'Yes I Can' ethos.

    This role is based in Madrid, Spain or Delhi, India and offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and deploy Workday Integrations (RaaS, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio interfaces, etc.)
    • Analyze, design, and implement new systems/technologies to meet user requirements
    • Maintain and support outbound and inbound integrations in the existing Radisson Workday Integrations catalogue
    • Develop and maintain documentation of HR Integrations and processes
    • Project Management including requirement gathering, task follow-up, timeline planning, and effort estimations

    Requirements:

    • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
    • Proficiency with web service technologies (REST & SOAP), XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies
    • Experience with Workday Payroll Integration implementations, Workday Configuration, Planning, and effort estimation
    • Minimum 4-year experience in Workday Integrations Project (Payroll & EIBs) and experience with Workday Studio
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions
    • Ability to facilitate communication between business and technological teams
    • Proven ability in problem solving and proactive issue resolution
    • Delivers timely and quality work with effective work prioritization
    • Experience with mass loads of data changes in Workday

    Language Skills:

    Fluent English both written and spoken; additional language skills welcome

    Estimated salary range: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
