Document Management Assistant in
Pinto we're looking for?


Your future role


You'll be responsible of the management of the DDBB relating to Technical Competencies and Training and to support the implementation of the Competencies management in Services.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (industrial team, production), manage registrations in 6Conecta ( new comers and departures ) and much more.

You'll specifically take care of
managing the workforce access to Customer's Maintenance Depots/Sites but also managing Technical Competencies in 6Conecta ( records, certificates, etc. )


We'll look to you for:

  • Analyze training needs in terms of the expiry date of Technical competences
  • In charge of the custody of the documentation associated to Technical Competencies and its traceability
  • Creation and followup of KPIs and reports
  • Support in the implementation of competency management in ILearn
  • Support in the implementation of competency management in SES
  • Support in the implementation of Apsys
  • Support and collaborate within Services Operations
  • Comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational health regulations
  • Notify incidents / near misses that affect Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers

  • FPII in Administration or similar
  • Required Knowledge / Experience
  • Minimum of 2year experience within administrative tasks
  • Expert user in MS Office
  • Knowledge if 6Conecta app or similar will be valuable ( document management tools )
  • Knowledge in SAP ERP system will be valuable
  • Knowledge of Digital content creation tools will be valuable
  • Spanish and English (mandatory)
  • Operational Competencies (Including Functional Knowledge)
