    Desarrollador/a Senior de Proyectos IT - Santander Digital Services

    El Banco Santander busca a un/a desarrollador/a senior de proyectos IT para el área de Canales Digitales, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.

    Gestión y liderazgo de proyectos IT para la implementación de soluciones digitales innovadoras que mejoren la experiencia del cliente. Colabora con equipos multidisciplinares para analizar necesidades, definir requisitos técnicos y funcionales, y asegurar la calidad y entrega de los productos.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Gestión de proyectos IT desde su inicio hasta su finalización, incluyendo la planificación, seguimiento y control de entregables.
    • Liderar equipos de desarrollo y garantizar la calidad técnica y funcional de los productos.
    • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para analizar necesidades de negocio y definir requisitos técnicos y funcionales.
    • Asegurar la integración de desarrollos de terceros y garantizar la seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio.
    • Realizar pruebas de software y asegurar la calidad y rendimiento de los productos.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y liderazgo de equipos.
    • Conocimientos avanzados de metodologías ágiles y buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software.
    • Experiencia en desarrollo y definición de microservicios Back (Java) y productos Microfront (Angular).
    • Experiencia en puestas en producción de desarrollos y gestión de incidencias.
    • Visión global y alta capacidad de organización, comunicación y resolución de conflictos.
    • Ser estructurado y eficiente en su trabajo, capaz de gestionarse en ambientes de alta incertidumbre y volatilidad.
