Do you have a dynamic personality and commercial "solver" for the optimization of spaces in hotels?

Each hotel is different because of its location, holiday or urban, its clientele and possible local clientele, its available spaces, whether it is a restaurant, a Spa, a Rooftop, a commercial space, a parking lot or simply some indoor or outdoor m2 susceptible to generate an additional rent for the Property, and a professional specialized service for the client.

You have experience in finding the biggest and best commercial use and its operators, not franchises, for each m2 and successfully close contracts?
- market research, destination and commercial opportunities studies
- analysis and knowledge of zoning laws and uses
- financial analysis, cash flow projection and ROI potential
- search and attraction of professional operators, not franchises, with ad hoc solutions customized to each asset and each space
- establishment of conditions and negotiation of commercial leases, management, co-branding, pop-ups
- asset and commercial property management (non-residential) and contract compliance.

We are NOT looking for a franchise signatory as in a shopping center,
