    SuiteOp is a New York-based startup revolutionizing guest operations for short-term rentals, vacation rentals, and independent hotel operators. We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Account Executive to lead our growth across Europe and Latin America — two rapidly growing markets for short-term rental operations.

    As our dedicated AE for these regions, you'll have the opportunity to establish SuiteOp's presence in new markets while working closely with our sales and growth teams. You'll own the full sales cycle for Europe and LATAM prospects and help us build relationships with property managers and hospitality operators across these regions.

    Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for Europe and LATAM prospects, becoming the expert voice of SuiteOp in these regions
    Adapt and localize our proven sales playbook, messaging, and objection handling for regional markets
    Build relationships with property managers, hospitality operators, and other decision makers across Europe and LATAM
    Represent SuiteOp at regional industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and generate leads
    Partner with our sales and growth teams to convert qualified leads into happy customers
    Analyze regional sales performance to drive continuous improvements in conversion and close rates
    Navigate time zone differences and cultural nuances to deliver an excellent buying experience

    2+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to SMBs or mid-market companies
    ~ Fluency in English required; Spanish, Portuguese, French, and/or German proficiency strongly preferred
    ~ Experience using modern sales tools (CRM, email automation, etc.)
    ~ Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate prospects across multiple time zones

    Experience selling to hospitality, property management, or adjacent industries
    Existing network or market knowledge in European or Latin American hospitality/STR markets
    Previous experience in international or regional sales expansion
    Combines a hunter mentality with a passion for customer success
    Data-driven and process-oriented while maintaining authentic relationship-building skills

    Build and execute a regional prospecting strategy that delivers a strong, qualified pipeline across Europe and LATAM
