In the frame of Workday deployment, we are looking for a HR Specialist to support transnacional HR administration & international payroll team


Location:
Getafe.


Role is to proceed to the HR administration actions in Workday on behalf of the actors for all HR activities related to an international employee or international moves all divisions (including subsidiaries), all countries.


Also part of the global mobility the international payroll team in Spain, is managing the international move from and to Spain (all divisions, several mobility contracts type).


Mission:

You will support the team of Transnational Catch up user:

  • Manage moves between products to Non-deployed companies, in Workday HR system which enforces a straight and active collaboration with the Host HR Business Partner and Global Mobility Partner.
  • Manage the full secondment process inside Workday HR system for fully deployed companies (full product to full product) and also from full product companies to Nondeployed companies.
  • Pre registration phase, proceed to completion check & data quality check taking into account the specificities of each country and divisions, adding the specificities of mobility contractual set up (grading, collective agreement, time scheduled hours, type of mobility)
  • Manage Mobility Assignments on Workday HR system to a high standard ensuring these are also in line with the SAP system, Global Assignment Policy contracts and also the EEDB configuration for nondeployed companies.
  • Work to a high standard transnational level, and support the HRBPs in regions on a daily basis with their operations
  • Coordinate the different actions with the local payroll teams of each countries, understanding the impact of the actions for each parties.
  • Ensure a timely implementation of measures in Workday taking into account the cut off dates and constraint in each countries (home and host)
  • Deal with queries from all stakeholders worldwide
  • Assignees / HRBP / Managers / Transnational Payroll Teams, Global Mobility team (all countries, all divisions)
  • You will support the international payroll team.
Manage the payroll and/or shadow payroll of your population:


  • Collect, integrate and control variable elements (contributions basis, mobility package, benefits in kind)
  • Deliver a high quality payroll for all International Mobility assignees with a link with Spain, in line with Global Assignment Policy guidelines, International regulation, national Spanish legislation and company rules.
  • Perform a variety of complex and technical payrolls related to the different status of mobility and contracts.
  • Manage final settlement for all kinds of departure (retirement, dismissal, end of mobility contract, resignation, suspension )
  • Understand new standards, regulations, or quality requirements impacting payroll in order to ensure adequate compliance checks are carried out.
  • Be a reliable focal point for all employees' payroll queries
  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to ensure correct contract administration & time administration of your population

Competencies

  • Have significant previous experience HR administrator role or payroll administration, HR system (SAP, Workday)
  • Listening capabilities and customer oriented mindset
  • Enjoy challenging situations while remaining a Team Player
  • Have good English level proficiency
  • Delivery culture and rigorous

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree related to HR or Payroll, knowleadge in tool administration.
  • 2 years of experience working in an international mobility administration, or in payroll administration, or HR administration.
  • Good level in English language.
  • Good knowledge level in G Suite and Excel.
