THE ROLE


We're looking for a driven Senior SEM/PPC Manager with extensive experience managing Google Ads campaigns in highly complex multi-market, multi-language, multi-vertical and multi-product business.

Reporting to the CMO, you will be a key player in the marketing team but also collaborate closely with supply, content, SEO and product teams to maximize sales and ROAS.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Plan, automate and frequently perform testing of bidding strategies, landing pages, target audience, ad copies, sitelinks, extensions, search queries mining etc to improve ROI at scale
  • Work closely with Cross Functional teams globally to design and learn from impactful experiments to improve demand capture capabilities
  • Perform ROI and conversion analysis of campaigns & experiments to provide automation, optimization and Product recommendations
  • Work closely with Supply, Content & Product teams to set up and enhance/improve data feeds and supporting tools for automating SEM Campaign Pipelines across multiple verticals.

What you need to succeed:


  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid search
  • Proficient operational experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in English. Proficiency in a second/third language will be a plus.
  • Coding skills. Experience with Google Ads API and Google Apps Scripts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Analysis
  • Experience managing campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads, Amazon Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing complex paid search programs (experience with / in global OTAs / eCommerce companies / Ticketing / companies will be a plus)
  • Experienced in crossfunctional collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • A startup attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, rollupyour sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
