Description


Resources Coordinator's responsibility is to act as a liaison between the company's departments and different stakeholders from all over the world in order to successfully fulfil the contractual obligations on any project.

The Resources Coordinator will work closely with Resources Manager. within the Engineering department.

Duties

  • Follow up on the Engineering contracts and agreements in order the provide suitable logistics services for the project.
  • Coordinate the collection of personnel's information for accreditation's issuance.
  • Coordinate accommodation and travel requirements as per the contracts.
  • Track ground transport requirements as per the requirements.
  • Coordinate appropriate access to the working venues.
  • Track catering needs in liaison with the Logistics department.
  • Work closely with the Engineering sub departments to ensure the equipment rental requirements are covered for any project.
  • Track and follow up on any the equipment requirements change.
  • Serve as the liaison between departments to track and assist in resolving issues as they arise within any functional area.
  • Work with Human Resources & Technical departments to ensure the timely on boarding of new staff members.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources Department all organizational chart changes on behalf of the Engineering Department with regards to vendor attendance to the Games.
  • Manage relationships with the outside vendors and freelancers.
  • Work closely with the financial team to monitor and ensure that all operates within the confines of the established broadcast budget.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written English language; other languages would be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel required.
  • Experience working with databases and online software, for instance smartsheet.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Able to work in high pressure situations.
  • The ability to professionally and effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels within the organization.

  • Travel availability required.
