As part of the Spanish Operations Team, you will be responsible for the successful opening and management of our current residences in Madrid, organizing events and activities that bring our residents together, as well as ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued.
This is a position for an entrepreneurial mind, with strong project management skills, customer-oriented and capable of coordinating a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing his or her work on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities will be:
As a Community Campus Manager:
- Engaging the residents in person and through the community app
- Supporting and nurturing communityled events
- Owning all communityrelated communications to residents
- Organizing community activities, such as community meals
As an Event Manager:
- Creating the monthly event calendar for our Madrid colivings
- Planning events according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
- Preparing budgets
- Creating and maintaining relationships with partners that can support the community with content, events, etc.
Profile:
We are looking for team players, with a very strong team spirit. Unique personalities, passionate and curious individuals. Motivation, autonomy, initiative and a get-things-done mentality are key elements for us
What we are looking for:
- You possess a Hospitality Management degree or similar
- You have +2 years' experience, ideally in real estate or hospitality management
- You have experience in event organization and partnership management
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are enthusiastic and motivated, at work and in your personal life
- You have complete fluency in Spanish and English
- You are autonomous and resourceful, and you want to work on the ground
- You are empathic, positive and enthusiastic
- You are a doer, have a practical mind and are pragmatic in your search for solutions
- You are capable of creating valuable content for social media
- You currently live in Madrid and love this city
- Flexibility: event organization may include up to one evening per week and one weekend day per month. (
Parttime (20h/week) 1519h and 5h for weekly event)
