Our client is an international pharmaceutical company and a leader in the Spanish dermatology market, specializing in solutions to skin conditions and needs.
They are looking for Dutch talents to join their customer care team for the Belgian market at their headquarters in Barcelona.
You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, you have some experience in either administrative work in an international environment or in a call center, and you are comfortable working with online programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP or Salesforce.
Languages:
- Native level of Dutch
- Full professional level of English or Spanish
- €25,000 to 27,000 Per Year

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service for customers of the Belgian market
- Attend all incoming calls from both customers and the sales network
- Build and maintain relationships with customers B2B and B2C
- Help the customers with incidents and complaints by giving creative solutions
- Stay uptodate with the companies products and policies
Core Skills/experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Problem solver and team player attitude
- Great Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Thinking in solutions, have an innovative mindset
