    Your Role

    As a key member of our team, you'll lead, coach, and grow a diverse group of talented engineers. Your focus will be on improving performance and results.

    • Set the vision for the team and foster a culture of high performance.
    • Identify opportunities for high-ROI projects and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on these projects.
    • Improve engineering quality and efficiency by optimizing workflow, code review, and other processes.

    You'll work closely with stakeholders across the company, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams.
