About the job

In addition, your tasks will include

Working very closely with our Global Process Experts (GPEs) and Key Users in case of high incidents, by accelerating the workaround recommendation and issue resolution
Leading and actively partaking in task forces to mitigate complex issues, eliminate root causes of the problems and achieve system stabilization
Performing secondlevel support and thirdlevel maintenance activities, facilitating the problem analysis
Conducting and/or participating in workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to increase awareness of the processes implemented and provide user support.

What do we expect from you in terms of

Education, knowledge & skills

Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or similar
Extensive knowledge of the SAP HCM system and experience in Payroll and/or Time Management solutions and their integrations with SAP ERP
Knowledge of ABAP programming is highly beneficial
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors and/or SAP Concur

Languages

English
Proficient/Fluent

Work experience

Several years of experience in SAP HCM environment for international companies
Experience in software development
Experience in providing support for key and final users, using market standard solutions like IT Service Management solutions such as Solman or ServiceNow
