Expleo is recruiting System Electronics Engineers to join our Business Unit's Electronics Development team. Expleo is recruiting System Engineering with strong background in Electronics to join our System Engineering Team. E

The primary focus of the role will be to support the design and development of our electric actuator controller products for Urban Air Mobility eVTOL aircraft.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play your part in the development of electronic systems for zero-emission aircraft used for future commercial passenger transportation.

This position requires you to work in collaboration with the Expleo and our subsidiary Sitrling Dynamics based in Bristol, United Kingdom.

As part of our commitment to flexibility, our staff would ideally work from our Madrid office (Tres Cantos) however, we will also consider hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

Deriving and specifying electronic system requirements
Fault tolerant system electronics architecture design
Interfacing with simple and complex electronics and software engineering disciplines
Power electronics and motor drive based
Sensors used in electromechanical systems
System level knowledge of airborne communication standards e.g., ARINC 82
System level knowledge of FPGA\microcontroller based systems

Qualifications:
Engineering Degree - ideally with an electronics bias, or relevant experience.

Experience as Electronic System Engineer.

Minimum of 5 years of aerospace product development experience.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple simultaneous requirements
Pragmatic and systematic by nature
Selfmotivated to see tasks through to successful completion

Desired Skills:
Experience with Aerospace, avionics systems, ARP4754A (ED-79), DO-254 (ED-80) / DO-178(ED-12) is desirable.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of aerospace product development experience.
Experience in the design of electronic systems and operated at Senior or Principal System Engineer level
