    Account Manager for Hospitality

    We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing international team.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Focusing on assigned accounts in the Hotels sector, building connections with key stakeholders such as investors, franchisees, and project management teams that operate hotel projects across Spain and EMEA.
    • Leading and owning the planning and execution of strategy in collaboration with other company resources.
    • Being accountable for and measured on sales targets and results across the EMEA strategy.
    • Utilizing product knowledge and insights to differentiate the company and create opportunities within accounts.
    • Consistently leveraging the use of CRM tools to manage performance and communicate effectively with the team.

    Requirements

    • A proven track record of delivering growth and driving business opportunities in a B2B, product business.
    • At least 5 years of experience acquired in commercial roles, targeting Hotels sector, working with key influencers operating hotel projects in Spain and across EMEA.
    • Good knowledge of the Hotels sector, both in Spain and international, major players, recent developments and its sector-specific decision-making processes.
    • Excellent communicator with strong relationship building and nurturing skills: excellent partnership building skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
    • A passionate networker and know how to connect with key influencers, ranging from design and procurement teams to investors, or operators, allowing Ideal Standard to become a partner of choice on large hotel projects.
    • A dynamic self-starter with a winning spirit.
    • Customer-oriented.
    • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills both written and spoken.
    • Proficiency in SAP / CRM and the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Availability to travel, domestic & internationally.
