    In this role you drive international strategy and enablement for the expansion portfolio, partnering with product, sales and global marketing to accelerate growth.

    You will analyze growth opportunities, gather voice of the customer, and shape market-ready solutions across software, video and services. You'll craft strategic insights for executive-level decisions and oversee cross-functional alignment to bring new offerings to market. This is a globally focused, high-impact position with travel.

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of expansion business to identify growth opportunities across portfolios
    • Strategic planning for introduction and launch of expansion products aligned to Global Product Organization
    • Gather and analyze voice of the customer and sales inputs to develop solution requirements
    • Develop strategic insights for executive presentations and drive business decisions
    • Evaluate and adjust strategies in response to market changes and competition
    • Partner with leaders to bring new products to market with cross-functional alignment (product, marketing, finance, operations, supply chain)
    • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends with quarterly reporting
    • Understand regional political, economic, social and technological factors affecting goals and roadmaps
    • Define product positioning and messages to regional sales teams; update initiatives and roadmaps (Long Range Planning)
    • Support tender responses as needed
    • Lead and develop top talent, fostering innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
    Responsabilidades


    • Bachelor's Degree (or related experience) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Economics; Master's a plus
    • Proven experience in strategy development and implementation
    • Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends
    • Strong decision-making, xugodme negotiation, and follow-through skills
    • Ability to handle ambiguity and apply systemic problem-solving
    • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to assess competition and drive differentiation
    • Experience in developing/executing sales enablement programs with needs assessment
    • Experience in driving change in fast-paced environments
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
    • Experience in technology transformation and change management

    Travel:
    Over 25%


    Language:
    English required; second European language desirable
