Job responsibilities


Provide support on the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the agency of record (AOR).


  • Management and execution of tactical plans as well as operational support for publications/medical information, which includes the development and/or management of publication/medical information tactics, planning, and coordination with agencies, tracking and managing timelines and progress, following up with internal/external stakeholders/agencies, and budget monitoring.
  • Development of author agreements/CDAs, managing reviews & releases, regular communications to crossstakeholders on updates and/or alerts, etc.)

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
  • Master's degree in a Scientific Field with on top education in the area of Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent, would be highly valued.
  • English fluent in written, reading, speaking. Spanish/ German or other language would be a plus, but not a must
  • At least three years' experience in Medical Information/Medical Publication Management/Medical Affairs.
  • At least three years of proven success in Medical/ Scientific Operations Management preferably in a Big Pharma, or publication agency working with Big Pharma
  • Solid project management skills
  • Have a serviceoriented and organized mindset
