The Role:


Apex Group is looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for supporting the Chief of Digital Assets in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of services for digital asset products, such as cryptocurrency funds, tokenized alternative funds, and other aspects of a blockchain-based investment administration framework.

This individual will operate at the crossroads of finance, technology, and regulatory frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief of Digital asset Funds and Business in execution of the 2024 Growth of Digital Asset Fund Service Product Model, which has three broad focuses.
  • Product Development
  • 3 New products, on top of conventional crypto admin Digital Asset Securities, Digital ETP, ApeXchange On/Off Ramp for fiat to digital currency
  • Defining, refining target operating models
  • Manage, updating product risk acceptance.
  • Revenue Model, Business Development Coordination
  • Revenue model looks conventional, including fees for OB, CSP, Admin, TA, Depository
  • Focus on Awareness, marketing
  • Revenue generation.
  • Focus on Collaboration internal/external.
  • Product Delivery, Operations
- transition to business as usual, BAU, as we grow interaction with O/B, product approval, TA, operations, IT, compliance, CSP, EDB, BD, CRM, marketing, and various product groups including real assets, closed ended, open ended, ETP, and regional groups, like UK, EU (Luxembourg), Switzerland, MENA, Americas.

  • Awareness/management of operations capacity support the growth in Lux, Switzerland, Cayman, Bermuda

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years working experience within IT/financial services with strong financial modelling background
  • Degree in Business Admin/Quant Maths/IT/Accounting/Legal (typically has a strong background in both finance and technology)
  • Keen interest in the digital asset ecosystem
  • Presentation/communications platforms comfort with Powerpoint
  • Understanding of fund accounting, transfer agency
  • Knowledge of digital asset securities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly organized, detailoriented professional, with ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, a wide range of administrative and operational capabilities.
