Responsabilidades principales

Business analysis: Ensure the business processes related to his/her area are optimized, their documentation is up to date (following Gurit IT documentation standards) and the way they are implemented in the system meets business expectations by using either D365 standard functionality or a customization.
Change management:To follow Gurit improvement request process: be part of the approval process and validation process.
Review, assess and approve an improvement request from a Key user.
Be part of the change management advisory board.
Challenge the functional design document (if it is made by a third party).
Once development is finished the solution needs to be robust enough and meeting all quality requirements to be promoted to live system.
Lead:Lead his/her areas during any implementation projects and participate in service management meetings to be aware of the status of his/her areas: Gurit locations with more incidents, business processes which would require improvement and suggest change requests based on incident analysis.
Main goal: keep the ongoing of his/her area under control with a reasonable level of service.

Competencias y experiência

Dynamics 365 F&O experience, alternatively Dynamics AX 2012 R
Proven skills in: manufacturing logistics, (product engineering) master data, production, quality, and planning/MRP (high knowledge about planning is not required).
Knowledge about cost management (standard cost, costing sheet) is not mandatory but it will be appreciated.
Very good understanding of these business processes (from conceptual point of view): make to order, make to stock, process manufactruing, discrete manufacturing, sales and operations planning and quality management.

years proven ERP implementation experience.
