We are looking for native Swedish teleoperators who speak English and who reside in Seville with a profile focused on receiving calls.

Tasks

Provide customer service, to support a company specialized in guarantees and insurance. of electronic devices for managing coverage in the event of possible incidents that clients may have.

Requirements:

Is required:

Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
Native Swedish or advanced level.
Ability to adapt to the client.

Competitive salary of euros/year
Temporary 4month contract with high possibilities of continuity.
39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week).
Rotating shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Two Saturdays a month).
Training in English within a contract.
Workplace in Seville, Avd república Argentina No25 (possible teleworking after overcoming the learning curve)
