- Ensure projects are in line with established pre-launch requirements
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery for deliverables (VCProMap, Customer requirements, TC development), Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Lead escalations and resource allocation
- Facilitate Tech Center budget and control of cross functional cost centers
- Master in engineering or BS in Engineering with equivalent experience
- 10 Years in development of automotive components including 5 Years management and team leading experience
- Skilled leader in a multicultural context Prefered experience in suspension development and Air Springs. Expert in Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality or similar
- Fluent Spanish & English, German a plus
- Good communication and leadership skills
