    Job Description:

    For the project of a large German multinational automotive company, we are looking for an ambitious senior AMS who will be able to have large knowledge in the support procedure of applications. If you like a challenging, varied job, be part of a project with 2-3 years of duration, are happy to use your language skills in everyday communication and have relevant experience in emerging & diversified industry , you are our candidate

    Development, implementation and maintaince of procedures in applications support services

    Ensure that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures

    Provide support related to the applications

    Management of external providers with the technical support for the software application

    Support Workflow Support

    Resolution and identification issues raised

    Requirements:

    4/5 years of experience as AMS

    Large knowledge of support procedure

    Experience in Jira, remedy, etc...

    Advanced English level

    Problem Solving
