About this job
In view of the large investment planned to expand and modernize Consumer Panel Services (CPS) at European and Global level, this is role is pivotal in growth strategy and focused on client acquisition, new client activation and penetration of Consumer Intelligence services.
The CPS Senior Sales Account will be part of the CPS Iberian team and he/she'll be connected with the European community of CPS Sales accounts.
Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential
Key responsibilities

Partner with Account Development Team to drive penetration in existing NielsenIQ clients who do not buy into CPS services

Seek out new opportunities with non
- NielsenIQ clients showing a proactive no reactive approach
Extend penetration of Consumer solutions within existing CPS customer

Ensure client business needs are covered and we can help clients optimize their marketing strategies

Collaborate with our production & delivery teams to ensure we are delivering against requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Target/penetrate new clients, open/participate/win client RFPs
- Build close relationships with clients, turning relationships from adhoc projects into ongoing contracts
- Identify business needs at the client and perform client briefings and upsell to clients with additional opportunities
- Accurate forecasting and building of the financial pipeline and hitting commercial targets for your area ensuring accurate cooperation with Customer Success and CPS delivery teams
- Contribute to Deploy & Develop Consumer Panel culture at clients and within NielsenIQ commercial team

Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in FMCG sector
- Proven experience in the area of Homescan panels and Homescan analytics
- Good level of Analytics Skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven experience successfully meeting sales revenues and targets for area or product line
- Strong engagement and communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, team environment
- Strategic mind for generating new sales and experience in group presentations and proposal writing
