    The Business Finance Intern will learn about the following processes and activities, among others:

    • Supporting Business Controlling team on analyzing of the different business units and other departments performance from a finance standpoint.
    • Support in preparation of the different budget cycles of the year.
    • Support in preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports on sales and opex (both brand spending and structural costs).
    • Support in preparation accounting adjustments and reclassifications to ensure P&L accuracy.
    • Support in preparation of Operating Procedures and Internal Audit requests.
    • Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities.
    • Support on ongoing projects and connect with financial stakeholders inside and outside Janssen Spain.

    We offer:

    • One year internship. 1000 euros/month. 35 hours per week.
    • Start date - June We are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree completed, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or similar
    • High Level of English.
    • Proven financial, analytical and digital skills, result and performance driven.
    • Team-player and collaborative working style.
    • Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders.
    • Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines.
    • Baseic knowledge of US GAAP and ES GAAP
