SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a BIG DATA ADMINISTRATION ENGINEER, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a
Big Data Administration Engineer , you will administration of BigData environments. Installation, configuration and maintenance of Datalake, Kafka cluster and data ingest software.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Installation and administration of Cloudera environments. In both CDH and CDP versions. High availability environments.
Management of Kafka environments, automation of procedures and high availability of environments.
Availability to perform guards and shifts as required. With high potential to manage different customers with different characteristics. Ready to manage very critical environments.
Design bigdata solutions for our customers and help the group by being a leading player in bigdata technologies.
Administration of public cloud bigdata environment.

EXPERIENCE
- + 3 years' experience as an Bigdata Administration Engineer.

Be used to the Agile ways of working.

EDUCATION

Technical Degree.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Experience in Big Data Administration, High availability and secure environments.
Expert level technical in Bigdata Environment (Spark, Kafka, Cloudera, Confluent, Abinitio, IBM CDC, )
Automation based in Ansible, Shellscript, Python and capacity to adopt and develop new skills.
Experience working with ALM toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins)
Experience in Cloud technologies such as OpenShift, Azure or AWS.
Linux high knowledge.
Experience managing infrastructure in multitiered web architecture is a plus.
Experience in Project and Risk management is a plus.
English: B2-C1 level.
