    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. This role will involve supporting our subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process. You will also be responsible for supervising third-party service providers and maintaining accurate corporate records. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university;
    • Experience in corporate registration procedures in Spain, with additional experience in France, Belgium, and Portugal being a plus;
    • Proficiency in using new technology for subsidiary management and governance;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex tasks;
    • Comfortable working with all levels of management;

    Benefits
