UNITH is seeking a talented Social Media Strategist to join our team and help revolutionize the conversational AI industry with our AI-powered "Digital Humans''.

As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for building out our social media content strategy to engage our B2B audience and increase our online presence after a rebrand and website launch.

You will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and coordinate with our team copywriter, creative manager, and the social media interns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media content strategies for our B2B audience across various social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Increase our brand awareness through various social media channels such as Instagram and Tiktok.
Work with the Product Marketing Manager to create content calendars and ensure content is aligned with product market fit.
Collaborate with the creative manager and copywriter to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
Coordinate with

- and coach the social media interns to ensure that content is optimized for each platform and posts are scheduled.

Monitor social media analytics to track the success of our social media campaigns and adjust the content strategy as needed.
Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices to ensure that our content remains relevant and engaging.
Assist with social media ad campaigns and provide insights on campaign performance.

Requirements:

At least 3+ years experience in a similar role
Proficient in content creation platforms such as Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and effectively coach and mentor interns.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English
Based in Barcelona and available for at least 24 hours a week
