    Senior Business Analyst for Distribution Operational Team

    Job Description

    Lead a team of 2-4 resources to produce the operational MRA, support audit requests associated with distribution business, and contribute to the O2S transformation program.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the operational MRA, assessing front-to-back new distribution opportunities for Global Banking and Global Transactional Banking businesses.
    • Interact with Operations, Accounting, Finance, Capital, and Risk areas to ensure compliance.
    • Monitor the plan agreed with Internal Audit to enhance traceability and control environment for distributions in response to audit recommendations.
    • Support PDM requests in preparation for upcoming audits or supervisory bodies.
    • Engage with the Originate to Share program for distribution-related requests, monitoring progress on portfolio servicing automation levels.

    Key Tasks

    • Operational MRA: Extend the MRA to the new control environment as per audit recommendations.
    • Change management and roll-out of the new model with stakeholders in the lending space.
    • Elaborate impact and coordinate with stakeholders on new business deals in light of the Operational MRA.
    • Analyze and document implications of new deals from a process and system standpoint.
    • Identify pain-points, issues, propose corrections/mitigations.
    • Manage review, documentation, and sign-off for all transactions in the pipeline (GTB and Global Banking).
    • Produce documentation for the MRA committee and conduct senior MRA operational forums.
    • Audit plan for traceability and control environment of the Distribution ecosystem.
    • Manage plan for accomplishing milestones agreed with Auditors to enhance the control model for distribution.
    • Deliver agreed documents (MRA scope, TO BE model, new governance, etc.).
    • Private Debt Movilization support for new business solutions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in SCIB/GDF, SCIB/GTB, or SCIB/PDMEducation: Master's degree.
    • English language proficiency: C1 level.
