Job summary
You will be a core member of the Corporate Income Tax Governance and M&A team with direct ownership of high-visibility tax workstreams across the company.Responsibilities
- Analyzing Corporate Income Taxes and Pillar 2 top-up taxes on an international level assessing retroactive/prospective impacts coordinating compliance and reporting results
- Contributing to M&A projects by supporting structural design performing due diligence and identifying communicating tax-efficiency opportunities
- Drafting documents to explain the tax rationale of proposed actions proactively assessing managing risk reporting findings to internal external stakeholders
