    About the Role



    The Production Engineer will be responsible for defining work procedures for the line, ensuring standardization with all the operations personnel, and identifying center lining values per format and machine.

    Key Responsibilities




      \t
    • Define work procedures for the line, including startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, and consumables management.

      • \t
    • Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel and identify center lining values per format and machine.

      • \t
    • Identify and make improvement proposals to eliminate the basic causes of deviations related to OEE, cost, quality, and security.

      • \t
    • Identify external and internal resources needed to solve anomalies and participate in the launch of new initiatives.

      • \t
    • Perform permanent visual management of the line and ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations.


    Requirements




      \t
    • Engineering degree

      • \t
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)

      • \t
    • High level of written and spoken English (mandatory)\t
    • Advanced user in office tools\t
    • Results-oriented, analytical work attitude\t
    • Advanced communication skills
