We are currently offering an opportunity in Tablada PreFAL in Seville.

We are looking for a Quality Conformance Manager for a temporary position working transversally on different programs.

Inside Production Quality, your mission is to lead the excellence in Quality within the Plant, to foster the Continuous Improvement in the different programs and to ensure Quality Standards deployment and surveillance.

Additionally you will support the APQP deployment in Eurodrone.

A day in your life:

Monitor the performance of the different areas, working on the targets and tracking the data and metrics
Foster the improvement of the

Production Quality System:
audit support, lessons learnt catalogue, governance model for OES, digitalization

Develop Production Quality on

New Program:
APQP deployment in Eurodrone

In a specific area manage, follow up and update the discrepancy reports performed in the areas in order to assure the appropriate corrective actions and time closure
Perform PPS meetings and follow up the containment, preventive and corrective actions with the MFT
Follow up the First Article Inspection open actions

What you will need:

To work transversally across function
To lead meetings in English y trabajar a diario en español
To know how to make thing simple
To be able to meet deadlines
To feel engaged in making aircrafts
Educated in an Engineering degree or a related discipline.
