As one of our first BDRs, you will have the opportunity to create a story that could define the course of your career: helping to build our clients' HR platform from 1m ARR to 10m+ ARR.

Tasks


Job responsibilities:


  • Take charge of the outbound prospecting process, by:
  • Account Research and Mapping
  • Personalised Messaging designed to resonate
  • Outbound calling and texting
  • LinkedIn text messages and voice memos
  • Leverage your datadriven mindset and experiment with Outbound by A/B testing different messaging and channels.
  • Keep things organised by maintaining precise and uptodate records of all prospect interactions in our cuttingedge CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on Demand Generation tactics including Social Selling, Roundtables, Webinars, and Educational Content that includes inviting our Tier 1 Accounts to be contributors.
  • Show up at the office twice a week to collaborate with the team and play an integral role in shaping our overall sales strateg

Requirements:

  • You're an active listening pro and take the time to diagnose prospects' needs
  • You balance empathy with directness not being shy to ask tough questions
  • You're extremely curious both hungry to learn from others, but also always wondering if there's a way to get even better results.
  • Building relationships is second nature to you, and you possess strong interpersonal skills that create lasting connections with prospects and clients.
  • You're not just driven; you're positively fired up to achieve ambitious sales goals, relentlessly pursuing success.
  • Juggling multiple tasks and priorities is a breeze for you, thanks to your exceptional organizational skills.
  • Being open to feedback and constantly seeking ways to improve and grow is in your DNA.
  • Your analytical prowess enables you to derive valuable insights and trends from sales data.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and your desire to learn and grow aligns perfectly with our supportive environment, geared towards shaping entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity, and understand that startup life is not always easy but incredibly rewarding
  • Fluent in both English and ideally another European language (not required), allowing you to connect with prospects globally.
