Your main responsibilities:

  • Guiding & leading agile transformation in the company. Actively contributing to the Agile Transformation brining in demands, perspectives & challenges. Develop and facilitate an Agile Community as well as strengthen the connection to the global Agile Community.
  • Coach & support global product teams in adopting Agile values, principles, and practices. This includes analyzing ways of working and pain points, recommending appropriate agile practices and tools, active coaching of the mindset, behavior changes and reflection of the outcomes. Enable and guide teams to perform, deliver selfmanaged, crossfunctional and adapt continuously improvements.
  • Instructing Agile trainings developed in the CoP agile transformation and facilitate discussions, driving decision making activities, and enabling the resolution of conflicts. Support and educate stakeholders, Scrum/Agility Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, Product Managers, and middle management, especially those who are unexperienced in these roles.
  • Train the team and transfers relevant agile knowledge
  • Moderation and leadership of a group through the solutionfinding and decisionmaking process. Develop high performance, selfmanaged and motivated teams, that collaborate and improve continuously.
  • Mentoring exchange with individuals from different roles (Agility Master/Product Owner/ leader/ team members) about knowledge, skills, and personal experiences with the aim of personal and professional development of the individual with regard to agile ways of working, agile values & principles.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in economics, science, IT or equivalent discipline and certification in agile methodologies (e. g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LEAN)
  • More than 5 years of experience in agile teams, agile projects and agile implementation, with conflict management and facilitation (e.g. experience as Agility (Scrum) Master, SPC, RTE)
  • Agile consulting/coaching of different global teams (e.g. distributed, cross functional)
  • Profound knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, SAFe
  • Expertise in organizational development and change management
  • Outstanding communication skills, good understanding of group dynamics, good facilitation, moderation, presentation, teaching & mentoring skills
