Bachelor Degree in Information technology, engineering or equivalent.

One of the following certifications:
Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNA, CCNA Security.
At least 6 year of experience managing Networking and Server Infrastructure. Knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 27000 and ITIL V3.
Knowledge about IT procedures and Group referential. Ability to compose well organized and readable procedures


Activités

Cybersecurity

  • Hold the role of eCSO and iCSO. (Detailed activities in attached document)
  • Steer cybersecurity practices by formalizing the role, managing relationship with Branch and Group, developing competences for CSOs, IT staff and user
  • Create and update inventory/history of risks and incidents. Represent TEPMA1 in dealings with HQ.
  • Take corrective actions upon alerts from SOC.
  • Ensure users are aware of cybersecurity risks and desired behaviors to prevent cybersecurity risks.
  • Coordinate response with headquarters in case of cyberattack.

Referential

  • Coordinate with the IT team to create and update every year all IT procedures in the CMS.
  • Create and update every year the BCP and DRP. Ensure yearly testing and update.
  • Coach and guide IT team in writing good procedures that clearly identify control activities and evidence to archive.

Compliance

  • Identify all IT controls required in Group Referential and local procedures and ensure they are executed correctly.\
  • Ensure evidence of each control is available, relevant, organized, and acceptable for auditors.
  • Ensure that SOX Controls are documented, performed, and reviewed periodically.
  • Ensure proper evaluation, investigation, and resolution of IT compliance issues.
  • Plan and execute selfassessments and audits to identify areas of improvement in the IT organization.
  • Identify potential areas of IT compliance vulnerabilities and risk, propose resolution plans and guidance on how to prevent similar issues in the future
  • Follow and report status of actions resulting of audits and selfassessments
  • In coordination with other departments, direct IT compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution
  • Work with relevant departments in the development of appropriate IT compliance training programs to be delivered to newcomers during onboarding inductions and to existing employees and managers
  • Where required participate in IT security incident investigations

The IT Compliance position is based in Maputo while covering TEPMA1 other project locations within Mozambique
