We are looking for a Sales and Operations Planner.

Balance demand and capacity for assigned projects and regions, looking for the best demand allocation and ensuring the fulfilment of project's needs.

Releasing global planning cycles ensuring overview of synchronization and monitoring of targeted KPIs, R&Ops to be identified and mitigate, and develop appropriate action plans.

How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Planner, focused on the process and tool improvement.

Balance demand and capacity for assigned projects and regions, looking for the best demand allocation and ensuring the fulfilment of project's needs.

Releasing global planning cycles ensuring overview of synchronization and monitoring of targeted KPIs and develop appropriate action plans.

  • Support on the S&OP Plan preparation and release done in a monthly basis in o9 tool.
  • R&O to be identified, gathered and reported. Mitigation plan to be defined and aligned.
  • Analyzes, controls and consolidate relevant KPI (e.g., load plan changes, load opportunities), detects and evaluates plan deviations.
  • Support to the Regional S&OP planner.
  • Process & Tool Harmonization, ON + OF (OF experience will be a value).
  • Data control and expert skills on reporting.
  • Monitor and report changes in the Global/Regional demand.
  • Analyze Global S&OP Plan, monitoring actions identified in the cycle to be solved in the next one.
  • Regional and global Highlights to be gathered and escalated.
  • Maintains a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes.
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • Level of English: C1 (both written and spoken)
  • Studies: Master ́s degree in Engineering
  • Technical Studies
  • Experience: 35 years of experience in a similar position is preferably
  • We are looking for a person with leadership skills, proficient, executing for results.
  • OFF experience will be an added value.
