At The Cocktail we look for people without fear for speed.

Specifically, someone capable of understanding technology challenges and translating them to our clients, helping them to move in the right direction.

Our Strategy Consultants manage end-to-end projects for different industries (retail, travel, financial services ) from a perspective which is far from traditional consulting.

In your day to day you will:

+ 2 years of experience in strategy consulting.
Desirable sustainability project experience.
Desirable specific training in sustainability.
Fluent english.
Demonstrated competency to lead proposals and project modules autonomously.
Develop digital transformation projects from beginning to end.
Identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging resources and the "know how" of The Cocktail, and land the conclusions in executive documents.
Participate in dynamics and workshops to incorporate clients into the creative and solution process of The Cocktail.
Immerse yourself in the daily life of our clients in order to better understand features of their culture, organization and processes, in order to draw valuable conclusions.
Work in multidisciplinary teams, side by side with members of our UX, UI, Brand, Data and Technology teams for the implementation of new products and services.
Identify customer needs that can lead you to new business proposals.
