Join the team as an Inbound Sales Agent catering to the needs of our valued clients in the Dutch market.

Your pivotal role will revolve around crafting unforgettable experiences for our customers throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer service, showcasing our range of products and services, and actively participating in meeting sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction levels.

Your tasks

  • Answering Inbound Calls: The primary responsibility of an inbound sales agent is to handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about the facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing offered by our client.
  • Providing Information and Assistance: Inbound sales agents need to be knowledgeable about the various aspects of our client, including its locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers. They provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Upselling and Crossselling: In addition to handling inquiries, inbound sales agents are often tasked with upselling and crossselling additional services or upgrades to customers. This could include offering upgrades to premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting addon packages to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Processing Bookings and Reservations: Inbound sales agents process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met to the best of their ability.
  • Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: In the course of their interactions with customers, inbound sales agents may encounter queries, concerns, or complaints. They need to address these issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Following Up on Leads: In some cases, inbound sales agents may be responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources. This could involve contacting prospective customers who have expressed interest in our client's services but have not yet made a booking, with the aim of converting them into paying customers.
  • Maintaining Records and Documentation: Inbound sales agents are typically required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information. This helps to ensure that customer data is properly managed and can be accessed as needed.

Profile:


  • High proficiency of Dutch (C2 level)
  • Thoroughness, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
  • You have at least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.
  • You are known for your elocution, adaptability, stress resistance and you have good oral communication skills.
  • You have solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.
  • You are dynamic, a team player and have good selfcontrol.
  • You love challenges.
