We are looking for a "Platforms Academy Trainer" who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company

TASKS :
Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
Conceptualize training materials related to our Development PlatformCommunicate training needs and online resources.
Create and maintain training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
Test and review created materials.
Conduct training through new materials.
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
Elaborate and send satisfaction surveys and interviews.


SKILLS :
3 years of experience as a trainer or related position, focusing on IT related trainings.
Experience with technologies and best practices around CI/CD platforms and the Atlassian stack.
Fluent English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to gather feedback from trainees and pass it to relevant stakeholders to adapt offering.


SCHEDULE :
08h/09h-17h/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)4 days by remote | 1 day on-site
