    About The Role

    We are seeking an outgoing and empathic individual with excellent communication skills to support Registered Managers overseeing our domiciliary care services.

    This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to join one of the UK's top-performing Bluebird Care offices during an exciting time of investment in people and service quality.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Oversight of day-to-day operations for central London's finest domiciliary care services
    • Ensuring exceptional customer experience for customers, family members, advocates, and Care Assistants

    Requirements

    • Innately kind, caring, compassionate, and empathetic
    • Qualified in health and social care; possession of or willingness to work towards a relevant management qualification
    • Problem solver who thinks outside the box to identify solutions and life-enhancing opportunities
    • Experienced care professional understanding regulatory responsibilities, risk assessment and management, the law relating to domiciliary care, and person-centred care
    • Supportive team player with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
    • Able to support customers with daily life needs respecting dignity and promoting independence, choice, and privacy
    • Reliable and excellent timekeeper with good recording, reporting, and administrative skills and computer literacy
    • Relentless pursuit of high-quality care and outstanding customer service
    • Growth-minded champion of exceptional live-in care service

    About The Benefits

    You can expect:

    • A salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
    • An additional £300 per on-call weekend (limited to one each month)

    What We're Looking For

    • Knowledge of domiciliary care provision: able to work as part of a team and under own initiative
    • Highly organised and able to prioritise
    • Good spoken and written communication skills
    • Have or be willing to work towards a QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Care/Management or equivalent
