About the job:

As our Finance Business Partner for Global E2E Supply Chain 8f/m/d) you'll play a pivotal role by providing strategic financial insights to Head of Global Supply Chain to control logistics and materials management.

Purpose of the position is to measure, monitor and evaluate supply chain performance and processes for optimizing financial results, and driving continuous improvement across the entire E2E supply chain.

By creating transparency on supply chain relevant steering parameters, proactively initiating, and running corrective actions and continuous improvement competitive, best in class supply chain performance is assured and achieved.


Responsibilities of this role:


  • The role will develop, implement, align, communicate, and track reporting requirements, financial and operational KPI ́s.
  • Monitors globally financial and other supply chain performance metrics (e.g. Working capital/ Inventories, DOH, Service Level, Forecast accuracy, Scrapping, Transport Cost) by analyzing of all relevant data, initiating and driving corrective actions.
  • Act as a strategic financial advisor to the E2E Supply Chain function, supporting daytoday operations and projects. Aid in decisionmaking processes by conducting thorough financial analysis and presenting key insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of global supply chain to control and monitor costs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize global monitoring and steering framework.
  • Plan and forecast supply chain costs, harmonizing various steps and elements involved incl. balancing with other targets.
  • Manage planning, forecasting, and monitoring of cost for global logistics and warehouse costs.
  • Innovate reporting processes, participate in international business projects, and implement crossdepartmental process optimization tasks.
  • Represents Global E2E SC performance management in global teams.
  • Bachelor in a technical discipline or economics (focus on supply chain management and controlling preferred) MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible planning and controlling in manufacturing/ supply chain position with an emphasis on supply chain planning/ execution and/ or information systems.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experiences to integrate multinational and multidisciplinary groups and teams
  • Strong analytic, conceptual and technical skills; structured work approach
  • Good presentation skills also towards senior management
  • Skilled project manager in order to drive and oversee the implementation of multinational projects and systems
  • Broad understanding of various disciplines and issues impacting supply chain and manufacturing operations around the world (e.g. regulatory and environmental issues, quality control, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and business warehouse systems
  • Operational excellence knowledge and experience advantageous
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and collaboratively build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to motivate other senior managers in international environment to adopt common systems and practices
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and under time pressure
  • Fluent in English is necessary
  • Occasional travel required
