    Job Description

    We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will engage with exciting companies, become an expert of our product, and drive new client acquisition and expansion.

    1. Engage with super exciting companies: the most innovative teams at the largest enterprises in the world.
    2. Become an expert of a product that uses the latest AI technologies.
    3. Drive new client acquisition and expansion, owning your accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    4. Self source and own your pipeline.
    5. Shape, qualify, nurture and chase your opportunities.
    6. Utilize various consultative sales methodologies.
    7. Work hand-in-hand with Head of Sales to ensure acceleration of opportunities to close sales.
    8. Influence our sales playbook, hiring, and strategy as a founding AE.
    9. Develop client proposals that effectively communicate our products.
    10. Keep up to date on industry trends.
    11. Use Salesforce and other sales tools.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • A proven track record in SaaS sales (1+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience).
    • A growth mindset and builder mentality.
    • Outstanding communication skills in English.
    • Discipline and results focus.
    • A degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience with online tools for sales and collaboration.

    Preferred Qualifications

    The following qualifications would be beneficial:

    • Understanding of teams that engage with external stakeholders.
    • First or early hire experience at a fast-growing start-up.
    • Experience building sales playbooks or processes.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
