Our strategic objectives revolve around two key pillars: Microsoft Fabric adoption and leveraging AI capabilities to shape and strengthen our overall data architecture.

As a valued member of our global data team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data landscape.


You will closely collaborate with business and technical teams understanding their data needs and incorporating their insights into our corporate infrastructure to extract its full value.


Responsibilities:

Be part of our exciting transition as we embrace Microsoft Fabric as our primary data platform and Microsoft Copilot as our trusted companion to revolutionize our data management and boost productivity. Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure ensuring scalability, reliability and efficiency using Microsoft Azure services, accompanied by the most modern AI techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data entry, retrieval, change, and delete functions align with business requirements ensuring data quality. Assist in the definition and deployment of data governance processes that are scalable at corporate level. Assess building the company analytics roadmap working closely with end users, managers, and other stakeholders. Leverage data science and machine learning techniques to unlock value from our data.
Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification- Bachelor ́s or master's degree in applied science. Fluency in spoken and written English, given our global work environment requires. Post-graduate certification in Data management, Big Data or Analytics would be a plus. Azure data engineer associate or similar certification would be a plus.
Knowledge & Experience- Minimum of 5 years direct work experience. Experience with Microsoft Azure services for data engineering and hybrid landscapes with on-premises and Cloud-based components (+2 years) Demonstrated experience in data integration to support data marts, pipelines and insights creation (MS Data Factory or Synapse preferably)Experience working with visualisation tools (Power BI would be a plus). Familiarity with big data and commonly used AI languages (R, Python,) along with data science and machine learning techniques.- Work ConditionsHybrid position. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with regular meetings at our office in Madrid Global responsibility. Our teams are multi-located across Europe and America
