You will lead the launch and acceleration of the Ultra Premium brands and be responsible for developing and implementing the Iberia Marketing strategy, in alignment with the IBERIA financial targets and the Global marketing strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES


As our Brand Manager Ultra Premium Fragrances in Luxury, you are responsible for Execution of Strong programs to reach Sales, Productivity and Financial targets for the ongoing year.


A position leaded with a well-rounded commercial and marketing professional with experience in the fragrance industry, a background in Ultra Premium distribution and license experience to lead and evolve the brands' presence in the Iberia market, aligned to the broader strategies and objectives of the business.


Your main focus:


I/ Develop footprint in ultra premium fragrances with the right retailers and sustainable business model Ensure Corporate Marketing alignment & licenses guidelines fit in all actions, ensuring consistency Do internal and external vibrating brand presentations.

II/ Brand productivity and profitability through SKUs management, cost of goods optimizations, mix and budget optimization. Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have brand KPI's under control.


Leverage market insights intelligence:
identify market, brand and consumer trends to make diagnosis and strategic proposals for the brand.


III/ Create the national go to market strategies & presentations and present to retailer partners to obtain their buy-in as needed.

Design and implement marketing and trade plans of the brands assigned. Implement the plans - including POS execution
- and track results to recommend on future actions in the market

IV/ Support forecasting process. Work with the forecasting team and support the phasing of saleable and promotional items.

Forecast brand needs in terms of demand planning and ensure a proper Sales & Operations Process together with Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Departments.


V/ Partner with Global on deep-dive market research, analysis, insights to develop long-term brand strategies and annual operating plans execution of key consumer engagement activities.

Lead Initiatives Launches (planning, point of sale execution, trade plan ) engaging all other functions involved in them (Influencer Marketing, Perfect Store, Digital, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance )

VI/ Running daily reports Running key business reports of the brands for decision making.

The team consists of Group marketing manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as (sales team, global trade marketing team, demand & planning local team, PR & influencer manager, finance).

YOU ARE A COTY FIT


You like to have strong attention to detail & an eye for luxury and the knowledge of beauty products/trends / social media and influencer programs.

As a Brand Manager, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this luxury Fragrance field or in Trade Marketing.

You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.


Other than that, you:


Degree and/or Post-graduated in Business Administration Ultra Premium Fragrance expertise and knowledge of how to work with Licensed brands Transversal Leadership skills to lead projects among different functions Strong analytical skills, mainly applied in market database tools Digital business mindset & digital activity set management for brands.

Familiar with NPD, Nielsen data for analysis and recommendation. Accountability experience for a full brand P&L Strong analytical skills, mainly applied in market database tools. Advanced usage on Microsoft office package, mainly excel. Comfortable in running different projects at the same time, resilient to changes and difficulties. High cooperation skills, empathy approach on relations and flexibility in completing tasks. Proactive attitude, solution provider mindset Creativity, Innovation & Intuition Proficiency level of English and Spanish languages
