We are now recruiting for a Global Procurement Category Lead - Contractors / Contingent Workforce, to join our wonderful Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE) based in Madrid, Spain

Your 'day to day'

  • You will be a trend setter and the domain expert in Contingent Workforce, becoming a goto leader fora wide network of internal business partners.
  • Developing Global Strategic Procurement plans by interacting with key collaborators, analysing category data and metrics to drive and deliver endtoend category management practices in line with overall functional strategies.
  • You will work closely with our Contingent Workforce Centre of Excellence team driving Contractor / TPW Program expansion, implementing cost optimization initiatives, and supporting the risk management strategy.
  • You will implement global and regional strategies by engaging with internal multifunctional partners, building relationships with external suppliers and industry experts while adhering to current processes and recommending improvements to standard processes, focusing on cost improvement, quality, and service levels.
  • Active involvement in intensive and constantly evolving area, leading cost optimization projects, implementing best practice, following through commitments from start to finish and removing barriers to achieving results, managing highcost contracts on the global level.
Who we're looking for

  • BS/BA degree in Management, Supply Chain management or Engineering
  • 7+ years of procurement experience
  • Proven indepth experience within in Contingent Workforce / Contractors / Third Party Workers (TPW) or Professional Services category management.
  • Deep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets)
  • Bidmanagement experience & contracting experience (including Service Level Agreement (SLA) target setting and measurement)
  • Strategic, critical thinking, strong analytical capability and fantastic negotiation skills
  • Native or proficient speaking in English (at least C1)
