    We're looking for a Site Lead for 3MW site at Coron Palawan, to lead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands.  
    The role is aimed at having a person responsible for supervision, analysis of all site load control and allocation of daily tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Teams to support Operations Managers in driving continued performance improvement and operational efficiency.

    What you'll do:

    • Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician's PPE, …). Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning,
    • Tight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations. Attend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required.
    • Provide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy customer demand. Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution
    • Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required. Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.
    • Work closely with site team to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation. Maintain accurate production data.
    • Ensure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.
    • Ensure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation. Ensure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)

    You'll have the following skills and experience:

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in the Electrical/Mechanical Field.
    • B2V and H2V Level of authorization
    • Good experience in preventative maintenance and repairs – Major Engine Servicing and repairs, Operations & Maintenance. Experience with engine controllers – 
    • The ability to use specialist tools and ensuring all tooling is calibrated in accordance with Aggreko standards and local legislation. Must be capable of working in a restricted space and at heights up to 2.5 metres.
    • Able to travel worldwide when required. Ability to work autonomously when required.

    Desired Skillls:

    • Excellent Written and Oral Communication
    • Ability to work autonomously when required.
    • Experience with SCADA applications.
    • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook essential).
