    Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Chief of Staff to report into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The Chief of Staff will provide day-to-day support to our CMO by giving him additional leverage and amplifying his impact. This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work under the immediate supervision of the CMO and be instrumental in the implementation of its visions.

    The role in based in Pozuelo de Alarcon, at our HQ in Spain.

    The role will be varied and is positioned to interact closely and with autonomy with the CMO, the Group Marketing team (at HQ and in the markets) and other Leaders across the Group. Critical and strategic, the role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. We are looking for someone who can make a tangible positive impact to transform and add value.

    The Chief of Staff to our CMO will also have the opportunity to collaborate transversally with other functional Leaders at Group level and in the countries, bringing an additional level of visibility and development opportunities .

    Responsibilities

    The Chief-of-Staff will be a strategic partner and advisor to the CMO and the Group Marketing Management Team.

    The role will be transversal and have exposure to all the initiatives in Group marketing, while also having the end-to-end ownership of a number of critical and transformational projects.

    Priorities will include:

  • Amplifying impact and reach of the CMO, supporting him on the definition and implementation of the Strategy and key value creation initiatives
  • Working closely with the Management Team on strategic projects impacting across each area of the business: Brand, Digital, Acquisition, Data/tech, Customer portfolio upselling and retention, Customer experience and Contact centre and Telesales.
  • Projects will include:

  • Leveraging data for better consumer understanding and acceleration in Data-science.
  • Creating the strategic roadmap for group marketing.
  • End-2-end process design of strategic changes and drive full roll out.
  • Closely working with CMO on ad hoc interventions which require high attention and deep dive analysis.
  • Participating with strategic planning in projects at global level.
  • Candidate profile

    Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies

  • Top tier education background with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (ideally engineering or business administration)
  • Circa 2-5 years cumulative post-University experience (pre-/post-MBA, depending on the overall experience)
  • High Potential / Top Performer from a top tier strategic consulting firm
  • Ideally the candidate will also have experience in similar group strategic/corporate advisory roles in fast paced environment
  • High EQ, possesses high level of judgement and discretion, strong management of confidentiality
  • Very strong people and process skills
  • Detail orientation and precision
  • Reliability and transparency
  • Significant experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment
  • Fluency in English, excellent Spanish. A third European language would be a plus.
