- Realizar búsquedas proactivamente de distintos perfiles en redes sociales profesionales como Linkedin y similar, para cubrir las necesidades nacionales e internacionales de nuestros clientes.
- Publicar anuncios en distintas fuentes de reclutamiento.
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y personales.
- Colaborar activamente con nuestros Account Managers para gestionar las distintas oportunidades de negocio.
- Realizar procesos de bienvenida e incorporación, y tareas administrativas relativas a la gestión de personas.
- Formación académica a nível Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o similar.
- Experiência de 1 a 3 años en reclutamiento y selección de personal, preferiblemente de perfiles técnicos especializados (ingeniería)
- Valorable experiência en empresa de servicios: ETT, consultoras...
- Imprescindible inglés a nível alto escrito y oral.
