About the role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales process by.

  • Being the primary technical advisor during the presales process, working closely with regional sales teams and potential clients to identify technical and educational needs.
  • Offer expert product guidance and recommendations, including seamless integration with existing systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, Brightspace, and Canvas.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to learning management systems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, customer support, and implementation, to address technical challenges and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation tailored to meet client requirements.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during the postsales process, providing continuous support to our existing client base.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our cuttingedge solutions.

About you

  • You'll have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
  • Indepth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies (LTI, SAML, OIDC).
  • Experience with cloudbased solutions, software integration, and APIs.
  • At least 5 years or equivalent experience in a technical presale, technical business analyst, or solution architect role, preferably within the educational technology sector.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to identify and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Practice in agile development methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
