Job summary
This role involves managing task assignments, performing email triaging, and ensuring accurate payment allocation in Surety. You will interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver seamless service to global corporate clients.
- Closely interact and coordinate with internal stakeholders in International Surety Desk located in various regions and markets
- Analyze incoming emails documents evaluate task requirements determine whether they involve new transactions amendments or general inquiries assign tasks appropriate team efficient timely handling of the tasks
