Mission:

Fluidra is currently seeking a _Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst._


The position will be part of Fluidra's Cybersecurity organization and will collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain and continuously improve the corporate security posture and Cyber Defense practices.


Your responsibilities:


  • Performs thirdparty security risk reviews and monitors remediation actions, when risks are identified.
  • Creates and manages a metrics framework that effectively measures the Security Program.
  • Acts as project manager of cybersecurity key initiatives.
  • Ensures that Information Security policies are updated, communicated, and in line with current regulations and industry best practices.
  • Supports risk identification and control mapping for all services.
  • Assists in audits, internal and external security reviews, and control assessments.
  • Supports global security awareness and training efforts.
  • Creates and manages effective security awareness training campaigns and assesses their effectiveness.
  • Contributes to the corporate Global Cybersecurity Incident Response Framework.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of information technology and security solutions and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, Cybersecurity Framework from NIST, and CIS controls.
  • Good knowledge of the information security landscape, cloud security solutions, and current emerging security threats.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English level to communicate effectively with other geographical teams.
  • CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP certifications are a plus.
